All the machines are equipped with LNS automatic bar feeders.
Using solid bars, we are able to work on any type of material, such as tempered and hardening steel, stainless steel, titanium, iron alloys and aluminium alloys.
We are also equipped with a secondary machining division dedicated to small to medium diameter (up to 120mm) products obtained from casting and printing.

On 09/23/2017, we installed the tenth N/C automatic lathe.
This is a QT 200 MY bar stroke 65mm equipped with the innovative SMOOTH G N/C system featuring a 3D interface.
Installation, delivery and testing will be done at OMT premises in June 2017.
This is the FIRST 3D SMOOTH N/C lathe installed in the Emilia Romagna region.
The commissioning of the 10th production line is an important milestone.
Having achieved such a result with a such modern and innovative machine is source of great satisfaction to us.
