In the dedicated control room, in addition to the usual set of manual tools such as external micrometers (for digital measurements up to 50mm and mechanical measurements up to 200mm) for threads (for mechanical measurements up to 200mm), gauges (for digital measurements up to 200mm and on a Vernier scale up to 1 meter), micrometer comparators, pads, rings, etc., we also use the following tools:
- 1 profilometer Contracer Mitutoyo CV 2000.
- 1 profile projector STARRET 400 with QUADRA CHECK lines readout system.
- 1 digital altimeter TESA 0-400mm.
- 1 durometer GALILEO for HRA-HRB-HRC tests.
- 1 roughness Mitutoyo SJ-201.
- 1 digital bore meter TESA 6-20mm.
- 1 digital bore meter TESA 20-50mm.
- 1 set of parallel plane steel blocks.
- 1 Mitutoyo Cera Block set of parallel plane blocks CERTIFIED by TEC-EUROLAB as a MASTER to use at prescribed intervals.
